Harvest Operations is currently recruiting a Warehouse Attendant, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor. The Warehouse Attendant plays a key role in supporting site operations through efficient materials management, procurement coordination, and contractor interface. This position also helps reduce administrative workload on Supervisors by assuming ownership of several logistical and procurement functions. This is a full-time position based out of our BlackGold facility located in Conklin Alberta.

What we are looking for Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum qualifications: Valid Journeyman Materials Technician, a parts Technician with suitable experience may be considered Valid Class 5 Operator’s License, or equivalent. Proficient in using a forklift and valid certification Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehousing within an industrial facility; oil and gas experience is an asset. Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS); Hexagon EAM is an asset. Our ideal candidate will also be: Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a positive attitude. Proficient with personal computers and software applications (Microsoft Office). What you will do Manage inventory levels using min/max strategies, including purchasing directly through vendors as required. Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for both stock and non-stock items. Generate Service Orders (SOs) for vendors working at site. Prepare Contract Request Forms and Contract Renewal Forms. Coordinate with Calgary Supply Chain Management (SCM) team to establish and maintain Master Service Agreements (MSAs). Oversee the issuance and return of safety equipment, using a tracking system developed and maintained by the warehouse. Support daily warehouse activities, including receiving, issuing, and organizing materials. Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of inventory movements and service engagements. Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure timely material availability and vendor support. Additional Information This position is a “fly-in, fly-out” position. BlackGold is serviced by flight hubs in Calgary and Edmonton, as well as bus transportation to site. This position is classified as safety sensitive.
