It’s a place that works for you. What You'll Be Doing

• Answer inquiries from the public about arena hours of operation, rental availability and other similar questions.
• Perform cash duties for public programs, including balancing and other related duties.
• Report any misconduct or horseplay to the Facilities Maintenance worker on duty.
• Maintain attendance data for skating programs.
• Update dressing room assignment board.
• Assist with special events and facility promotion.
• Assist with light cleaning of the office area.
• Maintain a safe, fun and enjoyable recreational experience for all guests.
• Other duties as assigned.

What's Required:

• Cash experience, making Point of Sale (POS) transactions.
• Customer service experience.
• Demonstrated experience working in an arena or similar/related environment is an asset.
• Experience and proficiency working with computers and digital software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software programs with the ability to adapt quickly to applicable software.
• Current Standard First Aid, CPR "C" and AED certification.
• This part-time position works varying hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
