It’s a place that works for you. What You'll Be Doing
- Answer inquiries from the public about arena hours of operation, rental availability and other similar questions.
- Perform cash duties for public programs, including balancing and other related duties.
- Report any misconduct or horseplay to the Facilities Maintenance worker on duty.
- Maintain attendance data for skating programs.
- Update dressing room assignment board.
- Assist with special events and facility promotion.
- Assist with light cleaning of the office area.
- Maintain a safe, fun and enjoyable recreational experience for all guests.
- Other duties as assigned.
What's Required:
- Cash experience, making Point of Sale (POS) transactions.
- Customer service experience.
- Demonstrated experience working in an arena or similar/related environment is an asset.
- Experience and proficiency working with computers and digital software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software programs with the ability to adapt quickly to applicable software.
- Current Standard First Aid, CPR "C" and AED certification.
- This part-time position works varying hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
