IBG North America specializes in turnkey solutions, private label and packaging in the beauty industry. Together, we are concept builders and boosters with global opportunities for well-known retailers and brands.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager who will serve as the key link between internal teams, vendors, and customers, overseeing end‑to‑end execution of projects from development through delivery. This role is responsible for managing timelines, costings, samples, and vendor coordination to ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery while meeting customer expectations and margin requirements. This role is for an existing vacancy.

In this role, you will:

• Create and maintain critical path timelines for all projects - from development to delivery.
• Review and sign off on all costings and quotes at the product development and sourcing stage.
• Manage and update costings and quotes to account for any changes that may occur during the order process.
• Budget control for costings and quotations to the client.
• Monitor purchase orders issued to factories. Ensure samples are coming and delivery times are adhered to.
• Provide customers with pricing and lead-time for all new projects by evaluating budgets, costs, complexity, and other factors. Ensure timely delivery of samples, quotes, and orders.
• Resolve any complaints or issues by developing solutions and making recommendations.
• Communicate with clients during the development and order process to ensure critical path timelines are adhered to.

About you:

• You have a bachelor’s degree; ideally in business or marketing
• 3-5 years’ experience working in project management
• Project Management Certificate considered an asset
• Experience working with Project Management tools, such as ClickUp
• Previous experience working in product development considered an asset
• Previous experience and strong understanding of the beauty industry is strongly preferred
