Who We’re Looking For
1+ years of experience in automotive sales or commission‑based sales Passion for sales, customer service, and relationship building Motivated, professional, and able to succeed in a fast‑paced environment Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract Strong ability to create and maintain long‑term customer relationships Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems such as DealerSocket or similar
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $120,000-$200,000 per year (Commission Based)
What Your Day Will Look Like
Promote and sell new and pre‑owned vehicles with a customer‑first approach Explain vehicle features, options, and available finance solutions Complete all sales documentation accurately and efficiently Stay knowledgeable about automotive products, programs, and industry trends Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, and follow‑up Maintain ongoing communication to build trust and long‑term customer relationships
