WHAT YOU’LL DO
-
Prepare, cook, and process food using various methods and techniques, ranging from simple to specialized, all under the guidance of the executive chef;
-
Perform food picking, washing, peeling, and cutting operations;
-
Ensure proper segmentation, assembly, and packaging of food items;
-
Ensure proper rotation and storage of food supplies;
-
Adhere to the quality standards established within the team.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
-
A professional diploma in institutional cooking;
-
Two years of relevant experience in the restaurant industry;
-
Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques;
-
Ability to work as part of a team, with a focus on quality and efficiency;

Autonomy, adaptability, and a sense of responsibility.
