Position: Office Services Coordinator
Location: Downtown Toronto (On-site)
Salary: $30-$34 per hour
Job Type: 6-month contract with potential for extension
About the Role
Our downtown Toronto client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Services Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of their office. This role is central to keeping the workplace running smoothly and efficiently and will provide broad administrative and operational support across the organization.
You will act as a key point of contact for general office services, supporting workplace needs, internal coordination, and day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in creating organized, well-functioning environments. You are a strong communicator who thrives in a hands-on, operational role.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure smooth office operations.

Assist with coordination of office services, supplies, and general workplace needs.

Support the development and upkeep of basic office processes and documentation.

Help track expenses and assist with routine administrative and financial tasks as needed.

Maintain organized electronic and physical files and records.
-
Support internal communications and respond to general operational inquiries.

Assist team members with ad hoc requests and contribute to ongoing operational improvements.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in office operations, facilities, or administrative management

Strong organizational, time-management, and process-oriented skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and standard office software
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Professional, solutions-focused approach
