ROBINSON is known for offering a curated selection of high-quality lighting, kitchen, and bath products. Our Showroom Consultants play a key role in helping customers—whether homeowners, designers, or contractors—find the right solutions for their projects.

This role is well-suited for someone with a background in design, showroom sales, or high-end retail who enjoys working with people, understands how to guide a consultative sales process, and values good service and collaboration.

What you will do:

  • ROBINSON has curated a wide range of designer lighting, kitchen & bath brands. You will use a consultative approach to provide world-class service in every stage of the process and deliver on sales targets
  • You will help identify the needs of wholesale accounts & retail customers and provide solutions to help realize every customer’s unique dream for their home
  • Contributing to the success of the Showroom by growing relationships with retail customers, wholesale account clients, and the ROBINSON team
  • Be an expert on ROBINSON product lines and stay on top of design & industry trends
  • Help ensure the Showroom environment feels fresh, welcoming, and inspiring

About You:

  • Experience in a consultative sales role within interior design, retail showrooms, or high-end home goods
  • Strong interest in home design and comfort speaking with customers about products, aesthetics, and function
  • Excellent communication and follow-through—you’re dependable, responsive, and respectful in how you work with others
  • Ability to learn product details and specifications across multiple categories (lighting, plumbing, etc.)
  • Comfortable using point-of-sale systems, inventory tools, and customer databases
  • A team-first approach—you’re as focused on supporting coworkers as you are on helping customers
