The Role: IGM Financial is looking for a strong finance professional to join the Enterprise Strategy, Planning & Analysis team as a Manager, IGM Planning & Forecasting on a 12‑month contract, with potential for extension. This role reports to the Director, IGM Planning & Forecasting and supports enterprise‑level planning, forecasting, and performance management activities across the organization.
The role also provides additional capacity to the broader team during peak periods and on priority initiatives. It is well suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple workstreams, supporting senior‑level analysis, and contributing to both core planning processes and ad hoc requests.
Key Responsibilities:

Support annual planning, forecasting, and long‑range planning activities, including consolidation and review of IGM P&L inputs.

Prepare, maintain financial models, analyses, and planning templates used across planning cycles.
-
Perform variance analysis and summarize key drivers, trends, and emerging risks.
-
Support scenario, sensitivity, and what‑if analyses to assess financial impacts.
-
Assist with the preparation of management and executive reporting materials, including EPS‑related analysis.

Help coordinate planning timelines, deliverables, and inputs across Finance and business partners
-
Contribute to special projects and provide ad hoc analytical support as priorities arise.

Act as a flexible resource to support capacity needs across the Strategy, Planning & Analysis team
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
-
3–6 years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, or a related finance role.
-
Experience in financial services, asset management, or wealth management is an asset.
-
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; advanced Excel proficiency required.
-
Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail.
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
-
Collaborative, adaptable, and motivated to learn.
The expected annual base salary range for this role is (86,000 - 123,000), which is determined based on skills, knowledge and experience and geographic location.
