The Head Office for Charm Diamond Centres (CJ Limited) is looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to fill a full-time role as a Corporate Gifts & Award Coordinatorat our location in Dartmouth, NS.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel
- A dedication to providing outstanding service
- Effective and friendly oral and written communication style
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Organized and detail-oriented
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Client Services:
- Fulfill and ship orders to clients in accordance with delivery deadlines
- Organize for the engraving, sizing, and repairs of merchandise for clients
- Package and gift-wrap products to client specifications
- Respond to and follow through on client requests in a professional and timely manner
Product Management:
- Create purchase orders and issue them to appropriate suppliers as needed
- Request transfers of product, ensure timely delivery, and confirm transfers in the inventory system
- Generate SKU numbers for new products; generate and receive purchase orders in the inventory system
- Maintain the organization of products on shelves by type of merchandise
- Complete quality control assessments for products and organize the return of rejected merchandise
- Assist with bi-annual inventory count of merchandise
Other:
- Generate invoices and process client credit card payments as needed
- Assist in organizing and preparing gifts, merchandise, and awards
- Keep the general working space and files organized, tidy and clean
- Various other tasks to aid in departmental productivity as needed
