We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Programmatic Partnership Manager to oversee and enhance our programmatic advertising partnerships. This role requires a blend of strategic account management, operational oversight, and data-driven analysis to drive revenue growth and optimize partner performance. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including SSPs, DSPs, and ad serving technologies.

Your day-to-day

  • Account Management:
    • Serve as the primary liaison for day-to-day interactions with demand partners, including SSP, DSPs and other related partners
    • Manage the setup, execution, and optimization of new demand partners in SpringServe
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance and delivery
  • Business Analysis & Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze revenue trends across programmatic channels
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders to inform strategic decisions
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales & Operations, Product, Project Management) to streamline operations and enhance partner integrations
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in programmatic advertising
  • Strategic Partnership Development:
    • Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and onboard new demand partners
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform partnership strategies
    • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to foster relationships and promote offerings

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in programmatic advertising, with a focus on account management and operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
  • Hands-on experience with ad servers (e.g., SpringServe) and familiarity with SSPs and DSPs
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is a strong asset

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with ad servers
  • Experience with VAST tags
  • Knowledge of OpenRTB protocols
