About the role
📍 Montreal, QC 🏢 On-site for the first 2–3 months, then transitioning to a hybrid work model 💼 Permanent or Contract
We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Lead to join our Digital Transformation team. This individual will play a key role in leading the implementation, optimization, and support of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions within a modern SAP S/4HANA environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM implementation, enhancement, and support initiatives. Configure and optimize inbound, outbound, inventory, and internal warehouse management processes. Drive integration between EWM and SAP TM, PP, MM, and SD modules. Design and configure warehouse structures, storage types, activity areas, putaway, and stock removal strategies. Lead solution design workshops and provide functional guidance to business stakeholders. Develop and review RICEFW functional and technical specifications. Support warehouse automation initiatives, including MFS and RF technologies. Participate in testing activities (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT), Go-Live, and Hypercare support. Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
8–10+ years of SAP EWM experience. Minimum one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM implementation. Proven experience leading SAP EWM projects and interacting with business stakeholders. Strong knowledge of warehouse management and supply chain processes. Experience with SAP Fiori, ABAP debugging, IDoc, and qRFC monitoring. Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
