Job Description
Sodexo is growing! We are looking for a reliable and professional Part-Time Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. This role is responsible for front desk operations, administrative support, and coordination of office services to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner

Answer, screen, and direct incoming emails and calls.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including receiving, sorting, and distributing to appropriate staff

Receive, track, and route invoices to Accounts Payable (AP), following up as required

Issue and manage employee and visitor badges, including temporary badge distribution and tracking

Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception and common areas
-
Schedule meetings and coordinate meeting room bookings
-
Assist with meeting room setup, ensuring rooms are clean, organized, and ready for use

Support office events, including food and beverage setup, coordination, and cleanup

Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors as needed
Qualifications
In your mandate, you will be required to respond to inquiries from visitors and employees entering the facility. You will be asked to greet and keep a record of visitors. You will be required to answer telephone calls and provide information on activities in the facility. You will be responsible for notifying the appropriate person of a visitor's arrival, locating departments, offices, employees within the organization. You will be responsible for providing information on services and responding to inquiries from clients and employees. May request additional guidance/support as needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
You will be attending training programs (classroom and virtual) as needed, comply with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures, perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures, participate in regular safety meetings, safety training and hazard assessments. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required
To be eligible for this position you must have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent. 5-year experience is required. Bilingualism is an asset
Hourly Pay: $21.00
