About the Role
Wagonmaster Group is looking for a Route Sales & Delivery Representative — someone who enjoys being on the road, meeting customers face-to-face, and taking pride in delivering reliable service.

This is a hands-on, active role combining product delivery, light inventory management, and relationship-based sales. You’ll visit established customers across the Lower Mainland, ensuring they’re stocked with Wagonmaster products and supported with outstanding service. This entry-level sales role offers room to grow into an Account Manager position for those who show initiative, reliability, and drive.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate a company delivery vehicle each day — load, transport, and deliver products to scheduled customers.

  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure regular maintenance is completed.

  • Restock customer shelves, track product levels, and handle invoicing accurately.

  • Communicate with customers’ parts or service departments to confirm orders and resolve discrepancies.

  • Identify upselling or restocking opportunities and report them to your Account Manager.

  • Follow all transportation laws and maintain a clean driving record.

  • Assist with product returns, tool or equipment deliveries, and other tasks as needed.

Who You Are

  • Valid driver’s license and clean abstract.

  • Proven reliability and comfort working independently on the road.

  • Positive, professional, and customer-focused.

  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and maneuvering large containers safely.

  • Organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and Microsoft Office.

  • Mechanically inclined and eager to learn new products and systems.

Working Conditions:
You’ll spend most of your day between the warehouse, your delivery vehicle, and customer locations — both indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions.
