About the role

Delta Hotels by Marriott Regina is looking for a Guest Services Representative to join our team! We’re looking for someone with a passion for customer service that is ready to go above and beyond and wow our guests. Purpose:

The Guest Services Representative is a true ambassador for the Delta Regina. Our Guest Services Representative support our guests for through every stage of their stay with us, from the making of the reservation to check out and beyond. They provide exceptional service to our guests and uphold all manner of brand standards.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in hotel environment
  • Fluent English (written, verbal and reading)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Effective problem solving skills

Proficient/familiarity with Opera and Night Audit experience is an asset. Must be available evenings and weekends.
