Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the Human Resources Generalist plays a key role in supporting the operation of Human Resources Department. Core Competencies

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all junior positions
- Manage the onboarding and off-boarding process for employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately completed
- Be the first point of contact for internal employees answering and assisting with any questions necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring all documents are in compliance with legal and company standards
- Partner with Payroll to ensure employee information is up to date in the HRIS ( Dayforce HCM)
- Provide accurate reports as needed
- Assist with all internal company communications by creating communications that accurately reflect what needs to be relayed
- Assist with various HR Projects, including but not limited to; engagement surveys, learning and development, company events, etc.
- Any other responsibilities assigned to support HR Operations Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree and/or diploma in Human Resources or related field
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience as a Human Resources Assistant or Coordinator
- Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skill in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; can communicate with all levels of stakeholders
- Ability to manage and maintain confidential information
- Knowledge of HR practices, including applicable employment legislation
- Highly motivated, and passionate about change initiatives This is an existing vacancy. The base salary range for this role listed is based on market indicators to determine compensation, and an offer will consider various factors including experience, qualifications, skills, and training.
