About the Role
HealthOneis seeking a skilled and passionateMedical Aestheticianto join our dynamic skin clinic team at the Well. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a wide range of non-surgical cosmetic treatments and skin care services to enhance the appearance and health of our clients' skin
Responsibilities
- Able to conduct clinical assessments and determine appropriate treatment plans while maintaining a warm, client-centered approach
- Motivated to establish a stable patient base/schedule
- Interested in collaborating with and referring to other medical professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Open to joining forces with our Marketing team and sharing the benefits of Medical Aesthetic services with the community
- Working collaboratively and contributing to the positive energy of our team
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma/Certification with a Medical Aesthetics school or academy
- 2+ years experience as a Medical Aesthetician
- Both theoretical knowledge and practical experience with Laser Hair Removal procedures
- Experience with a variety of cosmetic treatment machine preferred
- Experience in microdermabrasion, chemical peels and other facial procedures
- Experience with client consultations and sales with a focus on patient education & value building
