We need a Junior Operations Administrator —a detail-loving, task-wrangling, all-around ops powerhouse who’s down to jump in where needed. If you like variety, organization, and keeping things running smoothly, keep reading.
What You’ll Be Doing
🔹 Billing & Reconciliation: Help keep our Managed Billing Reconciliation (MBR) process on track—data, accuracy, and all that good stuff.
🔹 Bookkeeping: Monthly credit card transactions and some light number-crunching.
🔹 Admin & Ops: Support internal processes, track tasks, and generally make life easier for the team.
🔹 Process Jedi: Help refine, document, and improve how we do things.
What You Bring to the Table
✅ 1-3 years of admin, operations, or bookkeeping experience.
✅ A natural eye for detail—nothing gets past you.
✅ Ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep things moving.
✅ Some bookkeeping or reconciliation experience (QuickBooks/Xero? Even better!).
✅ Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new tools.
✅ Bonus points if you know a thing or two about MSPs or SaaS.
