Teledyne Digital Imaging Inc. is a subsidiary of Teledyne Technologies Inc., a U.S. publicly listed enterprise, and specializes in the manufacture, design, research and development of high performance CMOS and CCD image sensors and modular expandable cameras. As part of our continuing growth in this high technology market, Teledyne Digital Imaging Inc. is recruiting for a Credit & Collections Team Lead to join our team in Waterloo !

What You’ll Do

Acting as the main escalation point for credit-related issues

Providing guidance to credit analysts on credit practices, customer negotiations, risk assessment and policy interpretation Mentoring and training team members Serving as a resource for complex customer and risk management matters Manage an assigned portfolio by applying consistent, accurate, and proactive credit practices. Ensure effective account oversight in full compliance with internal policies and applicable external laws and regulations. Oversee timely resolution of customer disputes. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of credit policies and procedures. Prepare reporting packages for multiple business units for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, including activities related to month-end close. Participate in daily team activities such as huddles and provide clear direction on priorities.

Provide backup support to the Credit Manager

What You Need

Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills — required. Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail — required. Experience training or guiding others in a team lead/supervisory role — required. Minimum 5 years of commercial credit experience — required. Advanced Excel skills — required. Understanding of financial controls and related procedures— required. CCP designation or experience working in a publicly traded environment — advantage. SAP experience — advantage. Willingness to work overtime during financial reporting cycles and to support global business requirements

Salary Range

$68,600.00-$91,400.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
