Our scope ranges from recommending how to use content more effectively to optimizing daily media channel performance and maximizing visibility in eCommerce platforms.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and digitally savvy Social Buyer Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social media campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for digital advertising, and enjoys working with data, platforms, and creative teams to drive performance.

Campaign Coordination & Execution

  • Assist in the setup, trafficking, and monitoring of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X (formerly Twitter)
  • Collaborate with media planners and buyers to ensure campaigns align with strategic goals and timelines
  • Coordinate creative asset delivery and ensure proper implementation of tracking tags and pixels

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance metrics (e.g., CPM, CTR, ROAS, conversions) and flag optimization opportunities

  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards for internal teams and clients

  • Support budget tracking and invoice reconciliation

  • Liaise with platform reps and vendors for campaign support and troubleshooting

  • Support A/B testing initiatives and creative performance analysis

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital media, preferably with exposure to paid social buying
  • Familiarity with ad platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Knowledge of ad tracking, pixels, and UTM parameters is a plus

Additional information:

The salary range for this position is $40k-$45k. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. A range of medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available to all permanent employees.
