Configure Project Cost Planning, Budgeting, Availability Control, and Settlement functionalities. Ensure seamless integration between SAP PS and FI/CO, P2P (Procurement), Plant Maintenance (PM), SD (Sales & Distribution), EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), and Salesforce. Support project-related SAP SD processes including Sales Orders, Item Categories, Billing Plans, Project Billing, and Milestone Billing. Revenue Recognition & Cost Tracking

Implement RA Key and Settlement Rules for accurate revenue recognition. Configure milestone-based billing, revenue postings, and accrual calculations. Ensure planned vs. actual cost tracking for project execution. Define Settlement Rules (Cost Center, WBS, AUC, Final Asset, and Internal Orders). Support Debit Memo, Credit Memo, Intercompany Billing, and Internal Recharge processes.

Financial & Budgeting Expertise

Configure Planned Cost Budgeting and Actual Cost Monitoring to control project financials. Ensure automatic budget allocations, tolerance limits, and cost element validations. Work with Finance teams to align SAP PS with IFRS-compliant project accounting standards.

Reporting & Data Optimization

Optimize CDS Views, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and Fiori-based PS reporting. Improve project dashboards for budget consumption, forecasted cost, revenue tracking, and risk assessment. Enhance data validation and master data governance for PS objects.

Stakeholder Engagement & Process Improvement

Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Commercial Operations, and Business Operations to streamline project execution. Drive process improvements in RA key setup, cost control, project forecasting, and project-related sales and billing processes. Ensure adherence to group-wide SAP governance and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Project Systems (PS) within SAP S/4HANA. Expertise in RA Key (Results Analysis), revenue recognition (POC & cost-based methods), and settlement processes. Strong understanding of Planned Cost, Budgeting, and Actual Cost Control in SAP PS. Deep knowledge of multi-scenario project execution (ILI, CAPEX, R&D, Overhead). Experience in Project Structuring, WBS creation, Network planning, and Cost Object Mapping. Ability to integrate SAP PS with Finance (FI/CO), Logistics (EWM, P2P, PM, etc.), Sales (SD), and Salesforce. Working knowledge of SAP SD, including Sales Orders, Project Billing, Billing Plans, e-Invoicing/PEPPOL, and related commercial billing processes.
