Key responsibilities:

• Oversee financial transactions related to operations within the Quebec region;
• Analyze data received daily through internal systems;
• Perform variance reviews and investigate discrepancies;
• Work closely with various internal stakeholders, including sales, accounting, and audit teams;
• Communicate frequently with independent operators;
• Perform any other related tasks associated with the position.

Requirements:

• Full bilingualism, with advanced proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written (used approximately 60% of the time) due to internal and external communications;
• Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros);
• Accounting knowledge, including debit and credit principles;
• Experience in financial data analysis, particularly bank deposits;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with large volumes of data.

Salary: $30 to $35 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: Day shift, full-time hybrid schedule(3 days remote, 2 days in-office) Status: Temporary
