About the role

Job Description As a bilingual (French/English) key leader representing Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) in Quebec, you will oversee the delivery of both one-time projects and ongoing cloud managed services for our valued customers. In this role, you will lead a dynamic team of Technical Account Managers and Technical Delivery professionals, fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment that values continuous learning and career growth. Your responsibilities will include recruiting and developing talent, coaching and empowering team members, and driving performance to meet and exceed customer objectives.

You will play a critical role in ensuring superior service delivery and customer satisfaction, building lasting customer relationships, and acting as a trusted advisor to our customers. In addition, you will work in close partnership with Sales and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for expanding our business and strengthening Oracle's presence within Quebec.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all Oracle CSS engagements in Quebec, ensuring successful service delivery across commercial and public sector customers.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of Oracle CSS’ solutions portfolio and Oracle’s core products and services, including Cloud and SaaS, to effectively position offerings.
  • Be accountable for revenue, growth, margin, utilization, customer satisfaction, and accurate forecasting within your portfolio.
  • Drive business growth by identifying transformation and expansion opportunities, fostering relationships, ensuring contract renewal, and deepening engagement with existing customers based on their objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for executive-level customer alignment and collaborate with customers’ partners
  • Collaborate with Oracle delivery organizations and the CSS Sales team to identify opportunities and support end-to-end deal processes, including proposal creation.
  • Lead and manage the Oracle CSS delivery team through all aspects of staffing, transitions, and organizational change to support business objectives.
  • Ensure service delivery excellence by leveraging best practices from Oracle CSS, ITIL, and PMP methodologies.
  • Provide clear customer health reporting and proactively manage account or project-specific issues, ensuring timely interventions and resolutions.

Qualifications Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $101,300 - $221,300 per year.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Career Level - M3

This role regularly interacts with customers across North America, so a professional level of English is required. A proficiency of French is required for candidates residing in Quebec, otherwise it is considered an asset.
