Trouw Nutrition is seeking a Bagger/Housekeeping to help maintain the cleanliness and efficiency of our facility and do some bagging duties as well. We provide hands-on training to learn various tasks and positions in the plant. Safety first – ongoing safety training is provided. We are willing to train the right candidate. About The Role: Supporting Quality and Operations

Location: Otterburne Facility, 36 Grant Street, Otterburne, Manitoba R0A 1G0

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain the facility according to housekeeping standards.
• Cross-train in the bagging role and provide coverage for team members.
• Comply with safety training and protocols to minimize incidents.
• Assist in meeting production targets while maintaining safety and quality.
• Support continuous improvement projects and perform other duties as needed.

Skills and Expertise

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to lift 25kg, bend, twist, and occasionally work at heights.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
• Forklift experience is an asset.

Expectation from the Role:

• Casual / Part-time employment (15–20 hours per week).
• Not eligible for benefits, pension, or bonus.
• Willingness to learn and be trained in various plant tasks.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Flexibility to support both housekeeping and bagging operations.
