About the role

HR Analyst What You’ll Do

  • HR Data & Analytics: Compile and analyze HR data and payroll metrics, prepare reports, track KPIs, and present findings to senior leadership to support decision-making and long-term HR strategy.
  • Employee Experience & Compliance: Design and manage surveys, exit interviews, and performance evaluations; maintain accurate employment records; ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations; and educate employees on company policies and HR practices.
  • Talent Development & Systems: Support recruiting with data insights, implement training and development initiatives, manage HR system projects, and benchmark competitor practices to drive continuous improvement across HR processes.

What Is Required

  • Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field; HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the HR field with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, applying discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Core Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal relationship management across all organizational levels, and fluency in English.
