About the role
Dycor Technologies is currently seeking a full-time permanent Production Technician to work with our growing team in Edmonton, AB.
Reporting to the Senior Production Engineer, this position will be responsible for manufacturing and assembly of electronic/mechanical instruments, including control panels, printed circuit board (PCB) assembly, wire harnesses and cables.
Dycor offers a competitive compensation package, including a RRSP match program, dental care, vision care, and extended health care.
Work Conditions:
- Monday to Thursday, 9 hours per day (36 hour work week) – every Friday OFF!
- Primarily indoors.
Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing and assembly of electronic/mechanical instruments, including control panels, printed circuit board (PCB) assembly, wire harnesses and cables, mechanical assembly.
- Reading electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Maintaining an organized and tidy work environment.
- adherence to workshop safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Diploma or Certificate in Electronics Engineering Technology or equivalent program.

Minimal experience in electronic/mechanical instrument production.

A combination of education and experience will be considered as equivalent.
