Panel payment shared (in addition to billings) if 4+ months commitment.
Shared office space with a partner; half day in exam rooms and other half day doing virtual care/paperwork.
PCN MHSU consultant, Social worker and clinical pharmacist on team.
Lab, X-ray and Pharmacy in the building, centrally located.
Flexible hours.
In office/virtual care offered.
Very experienced MOA and supportive colleagues.
