An opportunity has become available for a Sale Manager to join our Material Handling business unit. We are seeking a driven professional for developing and executing sales strategies of the business units spanning multiple regions and market spaces.

What we are looking for:

  • Develop and implement long-term sales strategies and tactics under the guidance of the VP of Sales.

  • Drive a team of sales professionals to meet annual sales targets.

  • Coach the sales team to develop young leaders.

  • Develop, maintain, and grow strong relationships with customers and the local community.

  • Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in managing and coaching sales teams.
  • 3+ years of B2B experience. (Similar or related industry is considered an asset).
  • Ability to travel across BC and Alberta, and occasionally to the United States to attend OEM training and industry events (Valid driver’s license required).
