Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Part-Time / Casual
Reports to: Manager of Clinical Centre
Salary Range: $32.00-$36.00 per hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday (Morning shifts), Weekends as needed
Your Day To Day
- Safely deliver medications to patient homes within New Westminster and South Surrey
- Assist with medication administration (oral meds, inhalers, patches, insulin, etc.)
- Assess and monitor patient medication response
- Administer vaccinations and provide medical device teachings
- Ensure clear and concise documentation of patient care
- Maintain regular communication with pharmacists and physicians for effective patient care
- Flexibility to work part-time shifts, including weekends, and both AM/PM shifts as required
What You Bring To The Table
- LPN License in British Columbia (required)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (required for travel to patient homes)
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a day-to-day schedule while ensuring excellent patient care
- Korean language skills (preferred)
Nice To Have
- Experience in a similar role providing home-based patient care
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
