The Opportunity
We’re looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of complex projects, contribute fresh ideas, and help us push the boundaries of what’s possible. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain applications using PHP/Laravel, VueJS, and React
- Design, develop, and optimize backend APIs and frontend interfaces
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA to deliver seamless user experiences
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices
- Review code, provide mentorship, and foster a culture of engineering excellence
- Manage and optimize MySQL/PostgreSQL databases
- Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines and Dockerized environments
- Participate in Agile processes (planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Research and recommend emerging tools and technologies to improve our stack
Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of full stack development experience
- Strong expertise with PHP/Laravel, VueJS, and React
- Solid experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
- Skilled in Git-based workflows (GitHub/GitLab)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with SASS, Bootstrap, Webpack
- Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis)
- Knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, Kubernetes)
- Exposure to microservices and cloud-native architectures
