###Role Summary

The Junior System Administrator is responsible for:

• M-Files User Lifecycle Management

• M-Files System Reporting

• M-Files User Support

• M-Files Vault Maintenance Tasks

The role reports to the M-Files Systems and Solutions Team Lead, or in the absence of this person, the Java Systems Director or delegate.

###Key Duties & Responsibilities

M-Files User Lifecycle Management

• Processing User access requests for user system onboarding, access changes and system offboarding

• Following established processes for timely execution

• Assisting users in configuring M-Files system access settings

M-Files System Reporting

• Monthly system reporting to support user licensing alignment

• Monthly system reporting on usage levels

• Quarterly User licensing reporting and license rebalancing proposals

• Other reporting as required

M-Files User Support

• Assisting users with support requests

• Assisting users with personal view creation, personal notifications

• Supporting User upskilling

M-Files Vault Maintenance Tasks

• Monthly vault backups

• System performance monitoring

In addition to the above specified responsibilities, the job scope of the Junior System Administrator includes any required documentation and other responsibilities that may be required from time to time.
