Position: Landscape Construction Crew Leader
Start Date: Immediately
We’re currently looking for an experienced, hands-on leader to join our Landscape Construction team. If you take pride in managing projects, developing others, and creating beautiful outdoor spaces, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing
Project Leadership & Crew Management
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet client expectations
- Train, supervise, and mentor crews to ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- Communicate effectively with clients and relay information to the Construction Manager
Hands-On Construction Tasks
- Perform and oversee tasks such as planting, interlocking, flagstone, grading, sodding, retaining walls, steps, and pool construction
- Operate trucks and trailers to and from sites
- Manage and operate equipment including skid steers, excavators, and hand tools
- Complete weekly vehicle and equipment checklists
Jobsite Safety & Organization
- Maintain clean and tidy jobsites
- Ensure the safe operation of tools and equipment
- Adhere to PPE requirements
Administration & Technology
- Track crew timesheets using the LMN Crew App
- Manage inventory through internal apps
- Participate in WhatsApp group chats with your peers for team communication
Shift Details

Green season: 7:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Winter season: Weather-dependent, typically overnight shifts for snow removal
What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape construction
-
Ability to train others in the safe operation of equipment (skid steers, chainsaws, stone saws, etc.)

Excellent knowledge of hardscape and softscape materials

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Willingness to teach and learn from others
