About the role
Join a creative project focused on producing engaging, gentle, and visually appealing 2D animation for children’s nursery rhyme videos. The role centers on crafting smooth, simple, and loopable animations that maintain a consistent, minimal style across multiple episodes. Animations should be calm, readable, and suitable for young audiences, with a focus on clean motion, subtle polish, and loop-friendly sequences. You will work with provided backgrounds and character assets to bring charming, kid-safe stories to life, supporting a long-term production pipeline with repeatable outputs.
Deliverables
- Final video exports in 1920×1080 (YouTube HD), 25/30fps
- Seamless loop animations for characters and backgrounds as required
- Audio-synced animation where relevant (beats, lyric timing, mouth flaps if requested)
- Consistent export settings and clean delivery across episodes
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in 2D animation, preferably for children’s content
- Strong sense of timing, easing, and appealing motion suitable for young audiences
- Ability to create smooth, simple character and background loops (idle, walk cycles, gentle parallax, etc.)
- Proficiency with rig animation and/or frame-by-frame techniques as appropriate
- Skilled in maintaining a consistent visual style across multiple videos
- Excellent communication skills and responsiveness to feedback
- Reliable delivery and ability to meet deadlines
- Comfortable working with provided assets (PNG layers or source files)
- Portfolio showcasing relevant animation work, especially smooth loop examples
- Familiarity with clean export workflows and consistent settings
- Availability for ongoing, repeatable production work
- Bonus: Experience with mouth flap (lip sync), basic compositing (shadows, highlights), and template-based production for efficiency
