About the Opportunity:
The Adventure Ahead
As our Technical Product Manager for Connectors, you are the master orchestrator of the enterprise ecosystem, ensuring Docebo talks seamlessly to the tools our customers love most. You aren’t just managing a list of integrations; you are building the mission-critical bridges between HRIS, CRM, and Productivity suites that power global learning at scale. Your mission is to define "what good looks like" Your mission is to define "what good looks like" like for native integration quality and hold the organisation accountable to it through clear, measurable outcomes.
️ The Day-to-Day
-**Architect the Roadmap:**Strategically prioritize our native integration portfolio by balancing customer demand, ARR impact, and competitive benchmarks across the HRIS and CRM landscapes. -**Deep-Dive Discovery:**Lead technical reconnaissance by interrogating vendor APIs, testing authentication models, and inspecting payloads to ensure our PRDs are airtight before a single line of code is written. -**Own the Lifecycle:**Manage the full "cradle-to-grave" journey of every connector, including proactive versioning, deprecation strategies, and navigating upstream vendor changes. -**Measure What Matters:**Define and track the heartbeat of our portfolio through connector adoption rates, sync reliability, and SLOs that prove our impact to GTM leadership. -**Eliminate Ambiguity:**Write precision-engineered specifications—covering field mapping, conflict resolution, and error handling—so Engineering and QA can execute with total clarity. -**Enable the Field:**Partner with Technical Writers and Sales to create "field-ready" guides and represent Docebo as the technical authority in high-stakes enterprise deal cycles. -**Evaluate the Build:**Make the high-level call on whether to build, co-build, or partner for new categories, using a blend of technical depth and commercial savvy.

-**Integration Specialist:**You have a black belt in enterprise APIs (REST, OAuth, SCIM) and understand why webhook reliability varies and how data model gaps create sync chaos. -**Hands-on Explorer:**You don’t wait for a demo; you jump into Postman, call sandbox APIs, and prototype sync flows yourself to answer the tough questions. -**Precision Architect:**You thrive in the details, crafting requirements that leave zero room for interpretation and ensuring our connectors are as reliable as they are functional. -**Metric-Minded Leader:**You speak the language of SLOs and ARR, translating technical performance into commercial evidence that resonates with executive stakeholders. -**SaaS Savant:**With 4+ years in Technical PM or Integration Engineering, you’ve managed complex portfolios and know the HCM or LMS ecosystem inside and out. -**Commercial Navigator:**You know exactly which integrations protect revenue at renewal and which ones unlock new market segments, and you can explain the "why" to anyone.
