About the role

Senior Program Manager / PMO Location: GTA(5 Days Onsite) Duration: Long-Term Contract (Starting with 12 Months)

Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager / PMO to support a large-scale transformation initiative focused on the consolidation of East and West systems. This is a highly visible role working directly under the Business Director and engaging regularly with executive leadership. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator with a strong telecommunications background and proven experience managing large, complex enterprise transformation or system consolidation programs. Key Responsibilities Lead program planning, execution, governance, and reporting for a large enterprise system consolidation initiative. Coordinate multiple cross-functional workstreams and ensure alignment across business and technology teams. Identify, track, and manage program dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and mitigation plans. Develop and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, and executive dashboards. Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, status updates, and executive communications for C-level leadership. Facilitate steering committee meetings, governance reviews, and executive forums. Drive program governance and ensure workstreams remain aligned with strategic objectives and timelines. Monitor overall program health and proactively escalate critical risks and blockers. Collaborate closely with Business Directors, technology leaders, vendors, and business stakeholders. Ensure consistent reporting, documentation, and program management best practices. Required Qualifications 10+ years of Program Management or PMO experience managing large enterprise initiatives. Strong telecommunications industry experience is mandatory. Proven experience leading enterprise-wide system consolidation, transformation, or migration programs. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with complex interdependencies. Experience identifying and managing program-level risks, dependencies, milestones, and critical paths. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong executive presence with experience preparing and presenting materials to C-level executives. Experience working with senior business and technology leadership. Strong expertise in program governance, reporting, and executive dashboards. Highly organized with excellent planning, prioritization, and coordination skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with enterprise transformation programs within large telecommunications organizations. PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project/program management certification. Experience with PMO governance frameworks and executive reporting. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
