About the Customer Engagement and Loyalty Team
At RCL, the Customer Engagement & Loyalty team builds stronger, lasting relationships with customers across three brands – Reitmans, RW&CO, and PENN.
Our mission is to connect brand creativity with data-driven precision, delivering seamless, personalized, omnichannel fashion experiences that make every customer feel recognized and valued. The result: stronger loyalty, increased CLTV, and inspired brand advocacy.
The Opportunity
As Specialist, Customer Engagement Planning, reporting to the Director, Customer Engagement & Loyalty, you will drive strategic planning and prioritization of engagement initiatives across all three brands.
You will manage the multi-brand customer engagement calendar, ensuring campaigns are insight-driven, aligned to commercial priorities, and deliver measurable impact on engagement, retention, and revenue. This role is key for cross-brand alignment, learning, and optimization.
What You’ll Do

Plan & Strategize: Maintain multi-brand campaign calendars, translate brand priorities into actionable plans, and integrate insights, segmentation, and personalization.

Execute & Analyze: Track campaign performance, analyze trends, and support customer journey mapping to ensure consistent experiences.

Collaborate & Influence: Facilitate joint planning across teams, align stakeholders on priorities, and promote knowledge sharing.

Innovate & Improve: Lead test-and-learn initiatives, identify opportunities for new channels or personalization, and refine planning processes.
Qualifications
What You Bring

Bilingualism and clear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills; (retail experience is an asset.)

University degree in related field of study

4+ years’ experience in marketing or CRM planning.

Proven ability in planning, project tools (e.g., Jira, Asana), and cross-team collaboration.

Knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and customer journeys.
-
Ability to analyze campaigns, trends, and customer behavior.
