Manager, Home Equity Financing (HEF) Distribution & COI Support

What is the opportunity?
This role supports the Director, HEF Distribution in executing the HEF Distribution Strategy, with a focus on enabling seamless program administration, stakeholder coordination, and process improvements. The Manager will ensure effective end-to-end administration of Centres of Influence (COI) programs, drive operational excellence, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver a consistent experience for internal and external stakeholders.
What will you do?
Program Administration & Support
- Manage the day-to-day operations of COI programs, including the Referral Awards Program and regional exception requests (e.g., Quebec National Program).
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., AML, VCSS, Sales, Policy) and external vendors (e.g., CMENT, Loyalty, ICD) to resolve escalations and ensure program compliance.
- Validate data for annual tax processes (e.g., T4A slips) and address participant inquiries.
- Design communication materials, sales processes, and promotional content for COI programs.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a liaison between HEF Distribution, Sales teams, and external partners to ensure alignment on program goals.
- Support the Director in engaging with Regional Banking, Technology, Operations, and Risk teams to drive initiative execution.
Process Improvement & Analysis
- Analyze program performance and Sales Force feedback to identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Contribute to End-to-End process improvements to empower generalists in Branch, Financial Planning, and Private Banking.
- Support the Monthly Business Review (MBR) process as well as other reporting tasks as required.
Strategic Initiative Support
- Assist in refreshing the COI Strategy, powered by Houseful, to strengthen partnerships in the homebuying journey.
- Support the development and execution of multi-year roadmaps for HEF Distribution initiatives.
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
- 5+ years of experience in financial services, with a focus on program/project management or distribution operations.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and resolve cross-functional escalations.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in process improvement and data validation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a track record of partnering with internal/external teams.
- University degree or equivalent work experience.
Nice to have:
- Home Equity Finance or mortgage industry experience.
- Familiarity with sales operations, tax processes, or vendor management.
