About the role
The Sr. Proposal Manager leads the end-to-end proposal development process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compelling, and compliant proposals in response to client RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. This role collaborates closely with business development, subject matter experts, and senior leadership to develop strategies and drive proposal excellence.

Responsibilities
- Weekly meetings reviewing all Proposals, timelines w/ Clean Harbors Canada
- Manage the full proposal lifecycle, from opportunity assessment to submission.
- Develop proposal plans, schedules, and content outlines.
- Lead proposal strategy sessions and reviews.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal standards.
- Oversee the work of proposal coordinators and administrator
Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
- Bachelor's Degree Environmental Science/Business/Related
- Able to facilitate and lead meetings that are organized and productive.
- Strong written and oral communication skills. Must be able to effectively work well and communicate with peers and all levels of management including executive staff.
- Detail oriented
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously with constant deadlines.
- Self-starter and results oriented.
- Works independently.
- Proficiency in MS Windows based applications
- Leadership/management experience
- Experience within the industry and/or proposal development.
