Job Description:
On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is seeking a Learning Management Administrator. The position focuses on LMS administration, systems integration, technical triage, data analysis, and client support. This person ensures the availability, security, compliance, and usability of learning systems while collaborating with Information Technology Services (IT Services), instructional designers, institutional partners, and external vendors.
Responsibilities:
• Managing and monitoring third-party integrations.
• Performing technical assessments.
• Supporting system maintenance and configuration updates.
• Providing proactive client coaching to minimize disruption and enhance user experience.
Top Skills and Experience of Candidates:
• Strong LMS Administration expertise, particularly in Moodle (required); Brightspace experience is a strong plus.
• Experience with systems integrations, APIs, third-party tools, technical assessments, and configuration updates.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for technical triage, data analysis, and minimizing disruptions.
• Service-oriented mindset with proactive client coaching and support.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, security, compliance, and usability.
• Ideally, prior experience in higher education IT, with bonus for LMS migration projects.
