THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team in Burlington. This role is key in supporting day-to-day sales operations, coordinating order activity, and ensuring a high level of service across our Retail and Wholesale channels.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Support sales activities across Retail and Wholesale channels
- Pull and analyze reports to identify trends and process gaps
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions
- Coordinate schedules, documentation, and communication for the Sales team
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding delays or issues
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support
- Maintain and organize sales-related data and reports
- Monitor team performance and support continuous improvement efforts
- Participate in weekend sales coverage on a rotational basis
- Provide backup support to team members as needed
WHAT YOU BRING
- 1–3 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator or similar role
- Experience in sales and/or customer service
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Food industry or GMP/HACCP experience is considered an asset
- Post-secondary education in Business or a related field is preferred
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
Work Arrangement: In Office
Position Type: Non-Union
Employment Status: Full-Time
Compensation: Range $45,000 to $51,000
Work Location: 201 North Service Road, Burlington, Ontario
