##Job Summary

The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $115,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation. Further details regarding our total rewards program will be shared by the Talent Acquisition team during the hiring process. Canadian work experience is not a requirement for this role.Please note that artificial intelligence–based tools may be used at certain stages of the recruitment and applicant screening process.

Now, if you were to come on board as our**Sales Enabler,**we’d ask you to do the following for us:

  • Collaborate with executives to shape long-term growth strategies that secure competitive advantage by translating strategic direction into practical sales tools, proposal frameworks, onboarding playbooks, and reporting.
  • Implement change management strategies to ensure sustained and scalable business growth by standardizing sales processes, improving reporting consistency (Power BI), and ensuring clear communication across various.
  • Leverage market research to identify growth opportunities by enabling Sales with customer-facing insights, dashboards, actions and tools to grow within identified markets
  • Develop and execute engagement plans for new partnerships, growing existing ones by serving as a liaison with Strategic Partnerships acting as a Sales SME and ensuring sales team needs are addressed.
  • Review existing and/or create new core business processes for bids/proposals, onboarding/mobilization, promos/pricing updates, and reporting workflows to increase efficiency, reduce risk, and improve execution quality
  • Build and maintain market basket tools, sales blitz playbooks, bid/proposal templates, and onboarding packages; support product line implementation with sales-ready materials.
  • Partner with Finance to develop dashboards and recurring reports that summarize analysis results, pricing impacts, onboarding/mobilization progress, and sales opportunities; translate data into actionable guidance.
  • Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure a seamless transition from seller to account management to maximize member experience, speed of onboarding and profitability.
  • Support CRM data quality and workflow standards to improve reporting, pipeline visibility, and adoption; recommend improvements to data capture and process consistency.

  • University degree (Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field) required. Sales and Marketing education background preferred
  • 7+ years experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy, Business Analysis, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience designing Power BI dashboards and reporting packages.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and data governance best practices.
  • Proven ability to build scalable tools, templates, processes, and documentation that improve sales execution.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and drive alignment across teams
