We're growing fast, shipping often, and looking for our next Product Manager. Someone who can take a clear product vision and bring it to life with precision, polish, and pace.

The role

You’ll join with a strong product vision already underway — and play a key role in shaping how it comes to life for customers.

Reporting into the VP of Product and Customer Success, you'll partner closely with engineering, design, and Customer Success to scope features, drive execution, refine the user experience, and ensure what ships delivers real value for customers. You'll also help ensure the rest of the company — and our customers — understand what we're building, how it works, and why it matters.

This is a role for someone who loves the craft of execution. Someone who can take a "here's where we're headed," translate it into a plan, and ship it.

What you'll do

• Lead features from concept through launch — refining scope, partnering with design and engineering, and improving the experience after release
• Own the day-to-day coordination of the product pipeline — managing timelines, dependencies, blockers, and cross-functional alignment to keep work moving
• Monitor how features land with customers and identify opportunities to improve adoption, usability, and overall experience
• Build client-facing education materials and documentation so customers know how to get the most out of what we ship
• Build and maintain internal documentation so the team has a clear source of truth for feature behaviour, product context, and key decisions
• Run client sessions — product brainstorms, discovery calls, walkthroughs — with poise and clarity
• Lean into AI: stay on top of what's possible, push the team to ship smarter, and find the spots where AI genuinely improves the experience for users
• Push for a high-quality user experience by catching gaps, refining workflows, and improving the small details that matter

You'll thrive here if you have

• 2–3 years of product management experience (SaaS strongly preferred)
• A strong user viewpoint — you've sat with customers, not just read their tickets
• Sharp project management skills and an obsessive eye for detail
• A clear understanding of how product moves from idea to live in production — and the empathy to work through every step of the development process
• A knack for documentation — you write clearly for both customers and internal teams
• An AI-forward mindset — you're already using these tools and thinking about how they reshape product
• The polish and confidence to represent HR4 professionally in front of clients
• Strong product intuition — you connect dots quickly, think critically, and learn fast
