We are looking for a Structural Designer to join our Soundwalls team. In this role, you will support the design and development of innovative, cost-effective soundwall systems for projects across Canada, the United States, and international markets. Working closely with Technical Leads and project teams, you'll combine engineering expertise, creativity, and problem-solving skills to deliver safe, efficient, and durable solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support the design of innovative and cost-effective soundwall systems for Canadian, U.S., and international markets
- Apply structural and geotechnical engineering principles to project designs and analyses
- Perform engineering evaluations using finite element analysis (FEA) and other engineering tools
- Contribute to research and development initiatives focused on new materials, methods, and product improvements
- Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, and design documentation
- Assist in resolving design, fabrication, and construction-related issues to support project delivery
- Collaborate with engineers, project teams, co-op students, and new hires
- Follow established procedures and standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor of Engineering degree with a focus on Structural, Civil, or Geotechnical Engineering
- Eligibility to obtain Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario within 2–3 years
- 1–2 years of engineering experience in consulting, infrastructure, or engineered products
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Effective planning, organizational, and project management abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Assets: FEA experience, Tekla or similar software, infrastructure/soundwall experience, bilingualism (English/French)
