Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the Manager, Business Development & Key Accounts, is responsible for overseeing business development (BD) activities for the Saskatchewan region.

Role Overview
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the Manager, Business Development & Key Accounts supports regional growth initiatives across Saskatchewan by coordinating business development activities and strengthening client relationships. The role works closely with Client Managers, the Key Account Management (KAM) team, service-line leaders, and national business development partners to help identify opportunities within Pinchin’s core and emerging services. This position focuses on executing regional initiatives, supporting proposal efforts, and maintaining alignment with regional and national priorities while promoting a collaborative, client-focused approach.

How You’ll Make an Impact at Pinchin

  • Support the development and execution of regional business development plans and initiatives aligned with corporate and regional priorities.
  • Coordinate and support day-to-day business development activities across the Saskatchewan region.
  • Work with Client Managers and the Key Account Management team to maintain and grow key client relationships.
  • Assist with identifying new business opportunities within Pinchin’s core and emerging service lines.
  • Provide input into proposal strategies, helping improve proposal quality and win rates.
  • Gather market intelligence, including client feedback and competitor activity, to inform regional business development efforts.
  • Support service line leaders with client outreach and business development efforts for new or growing services.
  • Participate in industry events, tradeshows, and networking activities to support brand awareness and relationship building.
  • Maintain regular communication with regional leadership and the national business development team to share updates and align priorities.
  • Promote collaboration, professionalism, and client-focused service in alignment with Pinchin’s values.

What You’ll Bring to Pinchin

The ideal candidate is client-focused, organized, and collaborative, with experience supporting business development or account management in a professional services environment.

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in business development, sales support, account management, or client services, preferably in technical, consulting, or professional services.
  • General understanding of professional consulting services and how business development supports regional growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Willingness to travel within Saskatchewan for client meetings and industry events.
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across service lines and functional teams.
  • Ability to gather and interpret market, client, and competitor information.
    Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
