How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Air Liquide Home Healthcare Canada is currently recruiting for a Summer Student from June to August to support the Hamilton, ON office. We are looking for a dedicated and driven individual to join our passionate Cambridge team.

  • Welcoming patients warmly upon arrival, managing the waiting area, and ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answering incoming calls, addressing general inquiries, triaging patient needs, and scheduling appointments.
  • Resupply & Continuity Program Fulfillment
  • Accurately documenting all patient interactions, phone calls, and email correspondence in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
  • Updating patient demographic information, insurance details, and compliance data.
  • Handling incoming mail, scanning medical documents, and maintaining a clean, sanitized, and organized clinic environment.

  • Computer proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail applications and Microsoft applications
