About the role
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The Associate within U.S. CFO Productivity & Efficiency group will support driving multiple US strategic initiatives across the US CFO organization.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Drive and contribute to key strategic initiatives and transformation projects
- Drive interactions with various groups across all lines of defense and streamline current processes.
- Partner across functions, such as Regulatory Reporting, Controllers, Treasury and FP&A, to identify the impact and support the adoption of each initiative
- Communicate key messages and updates to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Provide thought leadership and work independently, while demonstrating strong attention to details.
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Must have:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience specializing in Business, Finance, Math, Engineering or Liberal Arts.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a Financial Services company, preferably with a focus in Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting or Data Office.
- Skillful in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service.
- Independently run workstreams, self-starter and takes initiative.
- Process-oriented with great documentation skills.
- Detailed oriented, driving data analytics to improve current state of business operations.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and solve complex business needs.
- Capability to manage complex business requirements and to coordinate across multiple teams in a deadline-driven environment.
Nice-to-have :
- Prior transformation project or large program experience preferred
- Prior experience preferably with a focus in Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting or Data Office
- Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers
- Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $80,000-$135,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
