About the role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or consulting roles—ideally within fintech, payments, or tech companies
- Detail-oriented mindset with a knack for spotting dependencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
- An analytical and structured approach that is capable of bringing clarity and direction in ambiguous or evolving contexts
- Proven experience implementing process automation solutions and leveraging AI tools to optimize operations and increase efficiency
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and time zones
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in fast-paced, scaling environments, where adaptability and initiative are key
- Knowledge of the card-not-present payments ecosystem and familiarity with concepts such as network tokenization, 3DS, and routing optimization will be considered an advantage

- We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Global Payins Operations Team
- This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our global payment operations by managing key initiatives that connect internal and external stakeholders, align global practices and ensure a seamless experience for our merchants and partners

- Lead strategic internal initiatives that impact our Payins operations globally, working cross-functionally across regions and departments
- Drive alignment across teams by defining and promoting global standards, procedures, and operational best practices
- Coordinate with external partners, including global processors, card schemes and third-party providers to implement scalable and efficient solutions
- Monitor and improve performance, helping shape a data-driven approach to optimizing our Payins operations
- Support change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new tools, workflows, and third-party integrations
