Who you are
- 10+ years of experience in account management or related enterprise relationship roles
- Proven track record of driving renewals, expansions, and long-term customer growth in a SaaS or enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of conversational AI technologies and their business applications
- Experience managing technical projects and working with technical stakeholders (engineers, developers, CIOs, CTOs)
- Expertise in consultative selling, value articulation, and strategic account planning
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and risk mitigation
- Experience in Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software
- Background selling and enabling technical products with rich integrations
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience building and scaling account management systems and processes
- Builder mentality, comfortable in unstructured environments, and willing to act as a player/coach when needed
What the job involves
- We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Account Manager to own and deepen customer relationships, drive renewals, and unlock expansion opportunities for our enterprise customers
- This role is critical in ensuring our customers maximize the value of Voiceflow’s platform by delivering successful AI agents, identifying new use cases, and building long-term, consultative partnerships. The Account Manager, Enterprise will report directly to the Head of Revenue
- Own and Manage Enterprise Relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key customer stakeholders, building strong, strategic relationships
- Develop and execute account plans to ensure successful renewals, maximize customer lifetime value, and drive expansion across multiple use cases
- Drive Renewals and Expansion
- Proactively identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Utilize a consultative approach to understand customer business goals and align Voiceflow solutions to their evolving needs
- Ensure Successful Delivery of AI Agents
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery and adoption of AI agents, working closely with Solution Delivery and Product teams to ensure customer success criteria are met
- Collaborate with Solutions Consulting to operationalize best practices and streamline agent deployment
- Strategic Account Planning and Growth
- Analyze customer data, usage, and business objectives to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for growth
- Develop and refine account management frameworks and processes to support scalable growth
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Sales, Solutions Consulting, and Product Management to align on customer goals and deliver a seamless customer experience
- Champion the voice of the customer internally to influence product and service improvements
- As the Account Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping our customer relationships and driving sustainable revenue growth. Your strategic vision, consultative approach, and expertise in conversational AI will ensure Voiceflow remains a trusted partner as our customers innovate and scale their use of AI agents
