Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field. 3–5 years of professional experience in UX design or product design. Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design projects. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and user-centered design principles. Knowledge of responsive and accessible design standards.
