The Opportunity: As an IT Sourcing Partner, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top IT talent across the market. You will proactively uncover opportunities and connect candidates to roles that can make a lasting impact on their careers, while supporting clients with high-quality talent solutions.
You will: Proactively source and recruit for a range of IT roles, including (but not limited to) Software Developers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Helpdesk Support, and Consultants Conduct targeted headhunting and cold outreach to engage passive candidates across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking channels Source, screen, interview, and qualify both active and passive candidates against client requirements Create compelling job postings to attract high-quality applicants Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across various IT skillsets Develop and nurture long-term relationships with candidates in the market Present and shortlist candidates to clients, effectively articulating their strengths and suitability Act as a client-facing partner, supporting hiring managers by providing market insights and delivering a high standard of candidate presentation and service
What You Bring: Minimum 1+ years of IT recruitment experience Proven ability and confidence in headhunting, cold calling, and proactive candidate outreach Strong interest in or understanding of the IT sector and its impact across industries Experience working with job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools Comfortable operating in a client-facing capacity, with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills Goal-oriented, driven, and highly motivated to achieve results Competitive mindset, while thriving in a collaborative team environment Strong relationship-building skills with both candidates and clients Passionate about helping candidates advance their careers and supporting business growth Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Compensation: A performance-driven desk designed for high achievers, offering uncapped commission on top of a base salary of $50,000.
