We’re currently looking for a Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales operations at our Edson GM location. If you’re organized, analytical, and ready to lead with integrity and energy, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

The Drive Ahead

  • Set and execute sales plans and quotas in alignment with company goals
  • Lead, coach, and develop sales team members to maximize performance
  • Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and customer feedback to refine tactics
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow
  • Build and maintain strong customer and insurer relationships to foster loyalty

Performance Essentials

  • Proven leadership and 3–5 years of automotive sales experience
  • Excellent coaching, communication, and motivational skills
  • Skilled in developing and implementing sales strategies and action plans
  • Valid driver’s license with clear abstract
  • Full-time availability — including weekend coverage as required
